This is the only supplement needed for a healthy vegan diet. Just the right amount of B12 and D vitamins and iodine. I have been taking it for a long time.

Started taking this 4 weeks ago due to split nails and within 4 weeks my nails are stronger and not longer splitting, hair is also feeling thicker and shinier !

I have more energy. Nails that don't peel and split. Hair getting thicker. I just cannot recommend Dr Seaweed enough. All his seaweed items be it pure, beauty,immunity,focus which are the four I take are all absolutely fantastic. They are also affordable especially when you subscribe and get them even cheaper. Try the pure organic seaweed first you won't regret it like I didn't and like me you might go on to subscribe to others.

I took the focus supplement for 1 month and by the end of the month I found my nails were growing for the first time in years, as they are usually so brittle that they break as soon as they start to grow. And the fish oil together with the seaweed really helped my concentration - amazing!

I have recently been the doctors and awaiting too see physio for pain in my hips which iv suffered with for a few years, I honestly cannot believe 4 days on these tablets and no hip pain at all.

I've tried many natural supplements as I take enough meds from the doctors. Owing to my extremely low appetite I started taking PURE SEAWEED, FOCUS & BEAUTY and between the 3 they give me all the goodness I'm missing.
