Refund policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from our website, you are entitled to request to cancel, return or refund your order, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving the order in the first place.
We can only cancel and withhold sending an order if you contact us before the order has been dispatched. Our cut off time for dispatch is usually midday meaning all orders placed that day can be cancelled up until 11:59am, and any order placed after midday can be cancelled and withheld up until 11:59am of the following working day.
Whilst you do not have to provide a reason for cancelling or returning, the more information you provide, the faster we can resolve your query.
DAMAGES AND ORDER ERRORS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. You can refer back to the original order confirmation email to see a breakdown of the items you ordered. If the item(s) are damaged, please take a photo and include a photo when contacting us to arrange the replacement. Once your request has been approved, we will issue a replacement within 2 working days.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for any of our products if they have been opened. For supplements this means the box has been opened and a capsule has been removed from the blister pack.
EXCHANGES
If the item has not been opened and is still in its original packaging, we can offer an exchange. If the error is on our part (i.e. we’ve sent the wrong item), we will send you a pre-paid returns label to return the original item, and then issue the correct item within 2 workings days. If the error is on the customers part (i.e. you ordered the wrong item), then we will send a replacement for free but request you pay for the postage to return the original item. In both instances, we cannot issue the replacement until the return comes back to us.
REFUNDS
If a refund is required instead of a return or replacement, we will automatically refund you using the original payment method. Refunds will be processed back to the card you used to order and can take up 10 working days to appear in your account, albeit usually sooner. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- We may require you to return the empty or unused portion of the product before processing your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval.
3. Exclusions
- The guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a product and is limited to one refund per household.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Bulk orders, and subscription orders after the first cycle are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
- Refunds will not be issued for products that were purchased from third-party retailers.
- Return shipping is to be at your own expense.
4. Changes to the Policy
Doctor Seaweed reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
