Earn Reward Points Every Time You Shop

For every £1 you spend on doctorseaweed.com you’ll receive 2 reward points into your account which you can build up and redeem as a discount further down the line. Every point is worth a penny, so for every £1 you spend with us, you’ll earn 2p back in reward points.

In time the points can really add up and you could soon find yourself saving on every purchase you make. All points are calculated at checkout and automatically added to your account.

PLEASE NOTE: Reward points can only be accrued and redeemed by customers who have registered an account with us and cannot be credited to guest accounts. Use the instructions below to get started.

Getting Started:

If you look towards the bottom right hand corner of the website now, you should see a little white rewards symbol (and rewards text if on a desktop) which is where our rewards program lives. See the screenshot for reference.

Simply follow the instructions on screen, register an account and get started earning points. Here's the two main ways you can earn: 

• Placing an order online - 2 points for every £1 you spend.
• Sharing Doctor Seaweed's Weed & Wonderful® with your friends - £5 worth of points for you AND £5 for your friend. We also offer Unlimited referrals!

Redeeming Your Points:

Once you've reached at least 250 points, you can redeem your points against online orders and generate discount codes using the rewards icone. If for example you had exactly 250 points and wanted to use them on an order, all you need to do is click the little icon, choose which discount you'd like, and click "VIEW" next to the £2.50 reward as shown below. 

Once you've clicked view, you should now see a button that says "REDEEM" - click that and a discount code will be generated. Once you click "apply code", that code will be applied and there's no way of stopping it so make sure you're definitely ready to order at that point.
